Sriracha Roasted Cauliflower
2 to 4 Servings, depending on the size on the Cauliflower
- 1 Head Fresh Cauliflower, cut and rinsed
- 3 to 4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Your Choice
- To Taste Sriracha*
- To Taste Dried Herbs
- To Taste Seasoning
*Sriracha contains sodium so be careful adding additional seasoning that contains salt.
Place a baking sheet in the oven, close the door, and preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
After rinsing the cauliflower, place it in a large bowl. Add the oil, sriracha, dried herbs and optional seasoning. Toss to coat.
Pour the cauliflower onto the hot preheated baking sheet, spread out to one layer. Roast for about 10 minutes. Give the cauliflower a toss and continue to cook for another 8 to 10 minutes. Once done, serve as a hot or cold side dish.
