Sweet Pomegranate Glaze

About 1 1/2 Cups


Ingredients

  • 2½ Cups Pomegranate Juice (Recommended: Pom)
  • ¾ Cup Light Brown Sugar, lightly packed
  • 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients into a medium sauce pan and stir. Place over medium to medium-high heat and reduce by half. Stir occasionally. (Note: As the glaze reduces it will become slightly thickened. Once it starts to cool it will thicken even more.)

A great glaze for ham, chicken and steaks!
